biography

I’m Will Rose, a Technical Director, Video Engineer, and Producer with 12+ years of experience across live, studio, hybrid, and broadcast production.

I design and lead multi-camera systems, live streams, and technical workflows for corporate, entertainment, and media productions, working directly with clients, crews, and vendors from planning through show delivery. I regularly operate as a Technical Director, leading switching, show flow, and coordination across stakeholders under pressure, with a focus on timing, communication, and execution.

My work includes branded content, podcasts, and commercial projects alongside live and broadcast production.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Available for travel.
